Terms and Conditions
Delegates availing of the BFS membership discount must select the appropriate box in the form. Membership status will be checked. If you are not a member your registration fee will be canceled.
Delegates availing of the student registration type must provide a photocopy of your student ID. Any failure to do so may result in cancellation of your registration.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation requests must be received by email to steptam@cuhk.edu.hk and the following rates apply:- On or before 20th May 2022 - 30% cancellation charge
- From 21th May 2022 to 31th May 2022 inclusive - 50% cancellation charge
- From 1st Jun 2022 to 12th Jun 2022 inclusive - 70% cancellation charge
- After 12th June 2022 - 100% cancellation charge
