Welcome to the BFS2008 Congress registration page. Your tariff will be calculated below and your card details recorded so that payment may be taken at a later date - transactions do not happen live and you should expect a delay of up to two weeks before this appears on your card.

Notes on BFS 2008 registration
Current BFS Members registering for the congress in either the Academic or Practitioner categories will receive a £25 discount on the total cost of their booking.
There is a £25 late booking fee applied to registrations received after 15 May.
There are no discounts or surcharges on student registration.
The "Whole conference" registration fee covers (a) admission to all sessions 15-19 July, (b) admission to the Tuesday evening reception, and (c) lunches and refreshments 16-19 July.
The "Single day" fee refers to the single day rate for attendance on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and includes admission to the sessions of that day, lunch, and refreshments.
The "Tuesday" fee gives admission to the plenary sessions on Tuesday 15th July, and to the Reception.
Please note that a separate fee is payable for tickets to the Congress Banquet on the evening of Saturday 19th July.
Cancellation of conference registration and/or banquet tickets.
For cancellation after registration fees have been paid:
- Up to 1st June 2008 - a 95% refund will be made of all fees paid.
- After 1st June 2008 and up to 1st July 2008 - a 75% refund of all fees paid will be made.
- After 1st July 2008 - no refunds are payable.
The following rules apply to the cancellation of Banquet tickets.
- Up to 10th July 2008 - a 95% refund will be made of all fees paid.
- After 10th July 2008 - no refunds are payable.
In the event of a cancellation an email should be sent to bachelier@bfs2008.com including the name of the participant, and the details of the cancellation (e.g. whole conference, specific days, banquet). You will receive a cancellation number and arrangements will be made for the appropriate refund.
Proxies. As an alternative to cancellation number, a registered participant may nominate a proxy (in the same fee category) to attend in their place. Proxy arrangements should be confirmed by sending an email with the details of the prixy arrangement to bachelier@bfs2008.com.
